Persaingan di industri tahu saat ini berjalan dengan ketat sehingga perusahaan harus dapat meningkatkan skala bisnisnya. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan skala bisnis adalah dengan peningkatan dan penerapan adopsi teknologi. Variabel-variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah : orientasi pasar, struktur permodalan, keunggulan kompetitif, kompetensi SDM dan tingkat adopsi teknologi. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: mengetahui variabel yang mempengaruhi tingkat adopsi teknologi (TAT) pada IKM tahu dan mengetahui tingkatan (level) adopsi teknologi pada IKM tahu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Dari hasil penelitian terhadap Tingkat Adopsi Teknologi (TAT), variabel yang signifikan mempengaruhi TAT pada IKM tahu adalah variabel kompetensi SDM, struktur permodalan dan orientasi pasar dengan nilai inner weight masing-masing sebesar 0,527; 0,298 dan 0,144 dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,866. Dari hasil pengukuran level dari adopsi teknologi, dapat diketahui bahwa level yang dominan mewakili kondisi sentra industri tahu Desa Sendang adalah level IVa- Routine yakni sebesar 56%.

Abstract

The competition in tofu industries are currently tight, so the enterprises should be able to increase their business scale. One of the way is by increasing and applying technology adoption. The variables in this research namely market orientation, capital structure, competitive advantage, competence of human resources and technology adoption level. The aims of this research were to find out variables that influence technology adoption level as well as to find out the level of technology adoption on tofu small and medium industries by using partial Least Square (PLS) method. According to the result of adoption technology level, the significant variables influence the level of technology adoption on tofu small and medium industries are human resources, capital structure and market orientation with the inner weight value for each variable sequentially as many 0.527, 0.298, 0.144 and the R2 value is 0,866. According to the result of level of use technology adoption on tofu small and medium industries, the most dominant level which represents the condition of tofu industrial center Banyakan is level IV-a- Routine level with percentage as many 56%.
